How we work

Prepare, splice and verify each link.

Every project is different, but the standard remains the same: arrive prepared, communicate clearly, protect the environment and own the finish.

01

Inspect & prepare

Identify the fibre type, core allocation, enclosure condition and access to both ends of the link.

02

Splice & protect

Prepare and fusion-splice the agreed fibres, protecting joints and organising trays and enclosures.

03

Test performance

Carry out the specified optical testing to assess the completed connections and investigate abnormal results.

04

Useful answers

Before your
project begins.

Need help with a specific site or system? Tell us about your project ↗

What fibre details do you need for a quotation?

Include the site location, fibre type if known, core count, number of joints or terminations, enclosure details and required testing. Photos and existing schedules are useful.

Can you investigate a damaged fibre link?

Fibre fault location and repair can be reviewed as part of the scope. Share the symptoms and available link information so access and suitable testing can be planned.

Is OTDR testing always required?

The test method depends on the project specification and what needs to be verified. OTDR and loss testing requirements should be agreed before the work begins.
