01 / Built around hospitality

Every space has
its own atmosphere.

Your AV should help you create it.

A clear view of the match. Music that sits comfortably beneath conversation. A system that moves from daytime dining to a livelier evening without making life complicated for your team.

Galaxy plans the screens, sound, connectivity and controls around your layout, your customers and the way you operate.

02 / Find your starting point

Your venue.
Your kind of experience.

Explore the AV priorities for your space. We can also plan around venues that do a little of everything.

Bring everyone into the action

Every seat. Part of the match.

Plan screen sightlines, distribute your licensed sports sources and give staff straightforward control of match audio and background music in different areas.

  • Multi-screen viewing and source distribution
  • Separate sound levels for bar, lounge and dining
  • Microphones and inputs for events or quizzes

03 / Picture, sound & control

One venue.
Everything in tune.

From a single screen upgrade to a coordinated venue system, we bring the installation details together so the technology supports the experience.

01 / PICTURE

Give every moment a screen.

Commercial displays, projection and video distribution planned around viewing angles, daylight, mounting positions and the content you want to show.

  • Live sport and entertainment screens
  • Digital menus and promotional displays
  • Source selection across multiple areas
02 / SOUND

The right sound. In every zone.

Speakers, amplification and signal processing selected around the room, with different levels and sources where your layout needs them.

  • Background music and speech clarity
  • DJ, microphone and event inputs
  • Indoor and suitable outdoor audio
03 / CONTROL

Keep service moving.

Bring everyday AV tasks into a clear control arrangement, with staff handover and a practical plan for maintenance.

  • Simple source and volume control
  • Agreed presets for daily operation
  • Clear equipment and cable labelling

04 / The detail behind the atmosphere

Designed for the room.
Ready for the team.

01

Plan around your trading hours

Agree access, installation stages and testing with your team to help manage disruption.

02

Make the cabling part of the design

Review routes, mounting surfaces, equipment space and future access before installation.

03

Consider neighbours and different zones

Speaker placement, level control and acoustic conditions matter as much as the equipment itself.

04

Keep content and permissions in mind

Plan suitable source equipment and confirm the commercial viewing or music permissions your venue needs.

05 / The Galaxy approach

From first walkthrough
to opening night.

01

Walk the venue

Discuss your spaces, customers, existing systems, priorities and budget.

02

Plan the experience

Agree viewing positions, audio zones, equipment, cable routes and staff controls.

03

Install & commission

Coordinate access, complete the agreed installation and test the system in the venue.

04

Hand over clearly

Show your team the everyday controls and agree documentation and support requirements.

Useful answers

A few things
before we get started.

Can you work with our existing screens and speakers?

We can assess the equipment, its condition and compatibility before agreeing what can be retained, adapted or replaced.

Can we show different content in different areas?

Yes, a suitable distribution and control design can support different sources in different zones. The required equipment depends on screen numbers, distances, content sources and their permissions.

Can the bar and restaurant have different music levels?

Zoned audio lets suitable areas have their own level control, and sometimes different sources. We will review how sound travels between your spaces during planning.

Can installation be coordinated around opening hours?

We can discuss a programme around access and trading requirements. Any out-of-hours work or staged installation would be agreed as part of the quotation.

Do you supply sports subscriptions or music licences?

AV installation does not itself include viewing subscriptions or public music permissions. Your venue should confirm the appropriate commercial arrangements with the relevant provider or licensing body.
