Useful answers

Before your
project begins.

Need help with a specific site or system? Tell us about your project ↗

Can you install copper and fibre on the same project?

Both can be included within a structured cabling scope. The design should identify link distances, equipment interfaces, capacity and the testing required.

Can you work in an occupied building?

Tell us which areas are in use and when access or interruptions are permitted. Working arrangements and any planned downtime must be agreed before the installation.

Will we receive test results?

Testing and documentation should be specified in the agreed scope. This establishes which links are tested, the required test method and the records needed at handover.
